Seeking creative marketing and proposal coordinator for a well-established civil engineering and surveying firm in Eagle River, Alaska. The selected applicant will possess a broad range of skills, including a positive attitude, motivation, and work ethic to successfully extend the marketing of our business. Must be team-oriented, reliable, dependable, flexible, and highly responsive to Principals, Project Managers, and other internal clients and teaming members. Must also be able to work independently and remotely, if required, and possess the ability to thrive in a work environment with shifting priorities, including willingness and flexibility to work extended hours as necessary to meet client-driven deadlines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate input from multiple authors to develop visually dynamic and cohesive marketing products (e.g., proposals, brochures, cutsheets, statements of qualifications, social media posts, presentation
Development and management of firm’s social media accounts, including content distribution and communication strategies for various platforms; website content support, updates, and analytics management
Conceptualization of necessary graphics, visual design support, and brand maintenance across all marketing efforts and platforms, both print and online
Reviewing and editing marketing material content to ensure information presented and narratives are compelling, compliant, consistent, and concise
Tracking and analyzing solicitations for Principals and Project Managers
Management of supporting proposal resources, graphics, resumes, and project descriptions/summaries
Management of email communication
Coordination support for virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and events
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as marketing, communications, visual design, English, or related creative field
Experience in marketing/proposal/management with civil engineering/consulting firms (1 year preferred)
Social media account and content management experience (1 year preferred)
Strong collegiate or other writing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe In-Design projects
Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written formats
