Connect Mat-Su is seeking for a Community Resource Coordinator who embodies our core value of providing services that are inclusive, responsive, caring, trusted and innovative.
This new position contributes to the vision of providing Mat-Su residents with a centralized location where they can access the resources they need to increase health and wellness within themselves and their families. The Community Resource Coordinator is the first point of contact for Connect Mat-Su customers, whether accessed by phone or in person, and will provide conflict-free case management and referral to appropriate resources as identified by the customer.
