This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support, managing office operations, handling communications, and supporting our real estate team.
Responsibilities:
-Managing and organizing office operations
-Handling emails and phone calls in a professional manner
-Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
-Providing administrative support to our real estate team
-Managing calendars and appointments
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Professional and friendly demeanor
-Real estate industry experience preferred
