North Star Management is seeking a community manager for affordable multi-family properties in Eagle River. This position is responsible for all operational components of these rental communities by providing strong customer service, organizational, administrative and marketing skills.
Position is full-time.
Job responsibilities include:
Marketing/renting to ensure the properties are rented to their fullest capacity;
Property administration, including household qualification and recertification;
Arrange for staff and/or vendors, ensuring cleanliness and safety of the buildings, common areas and grounds.
Job Requirements include:
Real-Estate industry experience required.
Be responsible for all aspects of property operations.
Excellent communication, customer service and relationship building skills working with a diverse group of residents, vendors and staff;
