DUTIES
Pre Qualifying borrowers
Knowing mortgage guidelines & maintain continuing education requirements
Gathering docs as needed
Submitting a complete file to processing team
Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout the loan process
Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines;
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must be a licensed MLO with NMLS.
Mortgage Origination: 1 year (Required)
