We are seeking an experienced HOA Manager to become an integral part of our team!
For the very best in Anchorage Municipality and the Mat-Su Valley. Roy Briley Association Management was founded in 2002. Our company was established with a mission to focus on the management of homeowners' associations of condominiums, planned unit developments, and single-family homeowners' associations. We currently manage approximately 70+ associations within the Southcentral Alaska region. Our qualified managers provide professional assistance to the association's Board of Directors. We work diligently to accomplish their goals and objectives and provide accurate and timely information through prompt and proficient services.
Responsibilities include:
Proficient in answering multi-line phones.
Scheduling Board meetings, and inspections, and maintaining calendars.
Comfortable speaking with customers.
Invoicing customers and processing payments.
Providing support for the management team.
Monitor e-mail accounts providing information and follow-up.
Requirements:
Current Real Estate License or ability to obtain. We will pay for your Real Estate Classes and license.
Dependable vehicle and valid Driver's License.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, & Word.
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. Ability to do basic calculations and use 10 key.
Must be professional, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Dependable: show up on time and ready to work.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 9am to 6pm: Monday through Friday (some days will require overtime)
