Weidner Apartment Homes is now hiring for a P/T Leasing Consultant! If you have experience working in leasing and/or have extensive customer service experience, enjoy helping others and are looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment look no further we have the job for you! This position is 24 hours per week, Monday - Friday, days and hours are negotiable.
Working as a Weidner Leasing Consultant is different than any other job. You are the heart of the community and create genuine connections with residents, making a difference in their day. You will enjoy interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. As a Weidner Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to create a neighborhood within your community.
Responsibilities:
Present the community and apartments to potential residents
Work with community vendors
Host community events that bring the residents together
Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy
Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program
Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect with others easily
Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
