Marijuana Retail Store Assistant Manager

Compensation To Be Based On Experience
Responsibilities:
Assisting in employee hiring and performance management
Assisting in operations management of the Retail Store
Establishment of policies and procedures for operational and marketing activities
Compliance and cash management activities
Assisting in product selection, pricing and display in the store
Inventory management
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Anchorage Municipality Food Handler's Card (required)
Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card (required)
Minimum 2 years related work experience
Positive attitude
Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office skills
Point-of-sale software experience a plus
Strong attention to detail
