Looking for an immediate candidate! Hiring an experienced demolition foreman. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Requirements:
-Must have 5 or more years experience on commercial construction or demolition jobs AND running crews in a positive, safe environment
-Ability start up multiple jobs and close them out.
-Multitask
-Be well spoken, personal, and confident when dealing with owners, clients, and contractors.
-Understand the Demolition Process. Bid, Hazard survey, EPA Notification, DOL Notifications, Coordinate heavy Haul Permits, Heavy equipment Mobilization, Demolition with Dust Control, Manifested Loads, Daily reports, Close Out Paperwork.
-Manage a trucking fleet, drivers and a full-time mechanic.
-Manage 2-3 heavy equipment operators and 4 excavators.
-Ability to operate excavators and holds a cdl for driving Commercial trucks.
-Understands Asbestoses Abatement, Lead and other hazardous materials associated with demolition.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Supervising: 3 years (Required)
Asbestos abatement supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
Demolition: 5 years (Preferred)
License:
Class A CDL
Military clearance
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Project Designer (Preferred)
AHERA Building Inspector (Preferred)
Lead Awareness (Preferred)
Confined Space (Preferred)
Supervisor Sign & Symptoms (Preferred)
CPR/AED/First-Aid (Preferred)
40-hour HAZWOPER (Preferred)
TWIC Card (Preferred)
MSHA (Preferred)
AK-CECSL (Preferred)
Salary:
$70,000- $100,000+ DOE
