Established property investment company looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to start after the 1st of the year.
The Tech will be responsible for providing quality property maintenance for our residents and will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and maintenance of our Anchorage apartment portfolio.
This is a full time, Monday-Friday job with some on call duties.
Job Responsibilities Include:
-Perform necessary repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.
-Rotate after-hours emergency calls.
-Prepare vacant apartments and make rent-ready for new residents.
Skill Set Required:
-DryWall Repair
-Paint- Touch ups, interior of apartments.
-Minor Plumbing- Replacing faucets, fixing toilets, P-traps, garbage disposals.
-Minor Electrical- Wall outlets, GFCI's, lights.
-Basic Framing and Finish Carpentry.
Candidate Requirements:
-Willing and able to work hard and efficiently.
-Able to work as part of a team.
-Good customer service skills.
-Clean driving record, criminal history.
-Strong attention to detail.
-3 or more years of hands on general maintenance experience.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
