Residential Maintenance Company in Anchorage is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to fill a position immediately. Duties include assessing and repairing residential maintenance issues, coordinating maintenance appointments and subcontractors with tenants and owners, and writing bids for larger repairs and remodel jobs.
Qualifications:
5 years of all-around general maintenance experience including supervision roles
Current driver's license with clean driving record
Essential skills include drywall/painting, light framing, light plumbing, and light electrical and rounded knowledge of building trades
Pass background check/drug screening
Customer service skills
Applicants must have their own full power and hand tools
A company utility van and cell phone are provided.
Compensation is up to $38 per hour DOE, 2 week paid vacation and profit sharing during first year, following a 90 day probationary period.
This is a full-time, minimum 40 per week position with a rotating weekly on-call schedule.
