NeighborWorks® Alaska is seeking a full-time, year-round Groundskeeper to help with our summer lawn grounds keeping, snow removal and winter projects. This position is Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm and is a permanent position with no weekend work unless the weather dictates it. The main responsibilities of the job are clean-up, lawn mowing, edging, trimming in the summer months and snow removal and winter projects in winter. Some heavy lifting may be required. We take pride in how our properties look and expect our staff to take ownership of their work and to take pride in a job well done. We are seeking reliable individuals with a clean driving and criminal record and you must be able to pass a drug test. Wage DOE + benefits.
