We are a fast-paced, established aircraft parts and maintenance facility at Lake Hood looking for a responsible, hard working individual to fill an open position in our parts department.
Candidate must be self-motivated, organized, energetic and able to multi-task. Candidate must also have with excellent communication, computer, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Quantum Control, single engine Cessna type aircraft and use of parts catalogs preferred. Prior parts department and or sales experience preferred. A&P experience a definite plus.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Answering a multi-line telephone
-Selling parts to customers over the counter and on the phone
-Processing sales transactions to include credit card and cash payments
-Helping mechanics and customers lookup and locate aircraft parts
-Aircraft parts inventory handling and control
-Occasional freight acceptance and shipment preparation
Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM. Pre-employment drug test required. 90 day probationary period. Wage DOE.
