The Manual Writer researches, develops, tests, and documents various functions performed bank-wide promoting expedient and cost effective operations.
The successful candidate will collaboratively work with employees from various business units across the organization, including management, to effectively organize, coordinate and prioritize tasks required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, English, finance or related field and two years banking or related experience; or four years banking or related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, English, finance or related field and four years banking or related experience; or six years banking or related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Working knowledge of banking regulations. Knowledge of First National Bank Alaska policies and procedures as well as bank’s strategic goals and culture.
