We are a family friendly agency looking for a person with a Bachelors’ degree in accounting or closely related field, five years working in an accounting position that includes knowledge of fund accounting, experience leading a team, and a “get er done” attitude to be our Finance Director. This position oversees funding from 23 grantors and growing; prepares and monitors annual budgets; oversees the financial internal controls; supervises the administration and accounting team; works with funders and staff to ensure grant requirements are met and monitoring visits are successful; prepares for and oversees the yearly state and federal financial audit; and will be moving the agency towards accepting other types of funding, such as contracts and Medicaid.
