I am looking for somebody to co-own a veterinary clinic. The story is my veterinarian is planning on retiring and he is a one person operation (plus an assistant but one veterinarian). I am not a veterinarian but have many animals who he assisted as needed.
I would like to continue his work but I can only do the formalities (books, billing, assisting, cleaning, etc.) as I am not a veterinarian, just have a lot of animal experience.
He is not retiring tomorrow so we have some time to work things out. Requirements for this job opportunity will be:
1. Veterinary degree that is acceptable in USA.
2. Good enough credit score to be able to get a loan to buy (jointly with me).
3. Passion for animal care, not just .
4. Willingness to take care of farm animals and doing house calls.
5. Experience with Fairbanks, Alaska weather conditions and willingness to deal with them.
