A growing company is searching for a Customer Relations Representative to join their team in Fairbanks. This position includes assisting customers with any questions or concerns regarding company products and services both over the phone and in person.
This company is looking for an individual that can be a team player, has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast paced environment, and has great attendance and promptness to work.
A Customer Relations Representative will need to feel comfortable with technology and customer service.
Additional team and individual sales incentives are provided.
Wages starting at $14.00 an hour. Must be open to work weekends.
Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Background requirements will apply
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma
Lots of energy and motivation
1 year of clerical experience or 2 years in a customer service industry
