The SpringHill Suites by Marriott, in the heart of downtown Fairbanks, AK is looking for full time - year round Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsibilities included but not limited to supervising and coordinating the activities of the Housekeeping department. Complete housekeeping inventories. Place orders as needed. Ensure room cleanliness and sanitation is following company standards. Communicate on a timely basis the changes in room status throughout the day. Coordinate room cleaning to ensure sanitation standards are adhered to. Assist in room cleaning as needed. Maintain and improve customer service programs. Complete ongoing training of self and staff.
