We are looking for a hard-working kitchen helper to assist the cook. Person must prepare food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures.
Responsibility
-Retrieving ingredients from freezer refrigerator and stock room.
-Measuring ingredients per cook’s instructions
-Ensure all work area is properly sanitized
-Store or discards excess food in accordance with safe food handling procedures.
-Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
-Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
-Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
-Remove expired or spoiled ingredients from refrigerator, freezer, or storage area.
-Timely completion of kitchen duties.
Shifts: 4 a.m. to 11 a.m. or 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Pay: $13/hr. Plus tips.
