Grill-Prep Cook for Alaska Travel Adventures
Our kitchen staff does it all!
Filleting, portioning & grilling salmon over an open alder wood fire and serving to customers.
Splitting firewood for grill and campfire, maintaining the cooking fire during meal service, loading grills with fish, serving customers, establishing a welcoming atmosphere, preparing salads and side dishes, washing dishes, replenishing buffet line during meal service, clearing tables and ensuring facilities & equipment are cleaned & maintained daily to a high standard. Alaska DEC Food Worker Card required.
Season is mid-April through early October.
