Position: Program Assistant
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 DOE + insurance coverage
Hours: Full Time; Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
Position is available immediately.
Duties: This job would include, but is not limited to, front desk reception, providing safer drug use and sex supplies to walk-in clients, queuing program clients upon call/arrival, data entry, filing, purchasing office supplies, IT, and scheduling facility maintenance. This role is to support our IAA employees with different tasks.
Experience: This person must be ethical, demonstrate healthy boundaries, flexible, self-motivated, open to learning new tasks, comfortable asking questions, organized and familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent
Excellent computer literacy and skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook; and knowledge of basic office equipment
Excellent oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
Organization and time management skills to develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow for our agency
Demonstrated ability to effectively and diplomatically handle a wide range of demanding inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources.
