Home Care Company in need of Full Time Care Manager to run office in Fairbanks location.

Are you experienced in Home Health and want to advance your career in the medical field? Are you an individual who can work with a variety of different clients and caregivers without supervision? Most importantly are you ready to try something new while utilizing your skills?

TLC Home Care LLC, is looking for a motivated and independent Care Manager to work in the field, run our Fairbanks office location, and also lend support to our caregivers.

Responsibilities include :

Answering phones in a professional manner

Managing multiple caregiver schedules

Conducting interviews

Prescreening applicants

Training caregivers

Preforming/Supervising meet and greets

Conducting home visits

Prospecting

Assessing client needs

Marketing

Communicate with the Anchorage office

This multi-role position includes guaranteed full time hours with the opportunity to join our team in the business office while, working with clients in the field. The ideal candidate must be experienced and skilled in working with a wide variety of clients, care approaches and be familiar using Microsoft applications.

This position is the perfect opportunity to utilize many skill sets while remaining in the medical field. You'll be able to see how a small home care agency operates behind the scenes increasing your medical knowledge one day at a time. 5+ years of managerial experience

3+ years of Caregiving experience

3+ years of Office experience
