We have an immediate Full Time opening for an Accounting Specialist to join our accounting and office team at Fairbanks Auto Mall.
This is a Full Time position position offering excellent compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience in a high-volume environment. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to ten-key by touch
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracyDuties include and are not limited to:
Processing DMV paperwork
Pre-stocking incoming vehicles
Purchasing vehicles
Posting deposits
Supplies and forms inventory
G/L account reconciliations for assigned accounts
Special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned
