Seeking reliable staff to serve as a Security Officer in the Fairbanks Area. Full Time permanent position available with a $18.00/hr. starting pay rate. Shift is at 8:00am to 4:00pm Mon-Fri, must be flexible on weekends to help cover for special assignments/requests for the client.
At least a year or more of Security Experience or Military Experience is required. You will be providing security services as directed by the client and Guardian Security Systems Inc. Must be able to demonstrate skills to communicate effectively, deal with the public and staff in a respectful and empathetic manner. Must be able to demonstrate skill in identifying and reporting issues and problems in a professional, factual and coherent manner in writing. You will be responsible for enforcing policy and rules in a discreet, non-confrontational and assisting manner and factually documenting security incidents. Guardian conducts thorough criminal background checks. We test all potential hires for drug use and all full and part time employees are tested randomly monthly. References will be checked to verify work history.
