Summary:ÂThe Driver / Detailer role follows deliver vehicles throughout the state in a timely, safe, and professional manner, cleans vehicles in the Fairbanks location and remotely, and communicates with their manager regarding vehicle conditions. Common duties include driving passenger vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions, cleaning vehicles using vacuum and common cleaning supplies, and documenting the condition of vehicles. The successful candidate for this role will have a high level of attention to detail, be task oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and work well independently.
Responsibilities:
The Driver / Detailer performs vehicle tranport and cleaning. General responsibilities include the following tasks:
Driving vehicles in a safe manner.
Following detailed instructions.
Cleaning vehicles.
Documenting vehicle condition.
Communicating clearly with managers.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a current driver's license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
Must be punctual.
Must not use tobacco products.
Must consistently display a positive attitude.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess good problem solving skills.
Must possess good basic math skills.
Must assist and interact with all team members in a friendly and personable manner.
Must handle difficult requests calmly and professionally.
Must be very detail oriented, accurate, and possess strong organizational skills.
Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
Must be able to pass a drug test at any time.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
