We are a looking for a Grants Administrator to join our Catholic Community Service Finance Team!

Job Description
Job duties include: Monitor, review and/or audit accounting data for compliance with contracts, grants, special funds, etc. Prepare, monitor and review all fiscal reports for submission to grant/contract agencies. Prepare, monitor and review grant receivables and deferred revenues. In collaboration with the CFO, assist with annual budget planning and preparation. Back other areas of the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a closely related field and four years of related experience. Experience in accounting may replace education on a year-for-year basis.
Experience/Knowledge
Working knowledge of the application of data processing, computer technology as it relates to financial control and accounting systems. Experience in the operation of accounting spreadsheets. Understanding and the ability to apply accounting principles and procedures to the grants reporting process.
Compensation and Benefits
This position is full-time, 37.5 hours/week. Starting wage DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, a 403(b) Thrift Savings Plan, paid time off, and 12 paid holidays annually.
