First National Bank Alaska, FNBA, is currently seeking a full-time Teller I for the Haines Branch. The teller processes routine customer transactions adhering to established cash limits and ensuring compliance with established bank procedures and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Provides excellent service to branch customers; processes routine paying and receiving transactions, operates Teller Machines, and balances cash drawer.

2. Processes Automated Teller Machine, mail, and night depository transactions.

3. Analyzes checks and deposits for transaction anomalies and performs regulatory reporting as required.

4. Explains, promotes, and sells basic products and services, and refers customers to other appropriate areas of the bank for additional expertise.

5. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: Six months cash handling or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Preferred: Prior Teller experience.
