NorthStar Helicopters is seeking a Tour Supervisor for the 2025 season.
Assist with all of the daily operations of NorthStar in this full-time, seasonal position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Work in various office job positions including reception, manifest, and dispatch
-Ability to supervise staff during daily operations in absence of management
-Address guest complaints, concerns, illness, injuries & questions
-Enforce NorthStar policies and procedures
-Provide support for Tour Managers
Desired qualities:
-Strong customer service
-Managing a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
-Record-keeping experience and organizational skills
-The ability to work both independently and as a team is required
-High level of professionalism and composure
-Supervisory experience required
