Qualifications
- Positive attitude.
-Willingness to work creatively with a changing palette of ingredients.
- Commercial or institutional food service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation.
- Ability to work independently and productively without supervision.
- Ability to lift and carry hotel pans and soup pot weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk during your entire shift.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
