Cleaning: Washing the exterior of the vehicle, including the body, windows, and wheels
Vacuuming: Vacuuming the interior upholstery, carpets, and seats
Deodorizing: deodorizing the interior seats and floors
Inspecting: Checking the vehicle for damage or imperfections and documenting the condition
Communicating: Working with the front desk to understand their needs and expectations
Maintaining: Keeping detailing equipment and supplies in good working order
Monitoring supply inventory and cleaning supplies as needed and reporting to the manager to get more ordered
Transporting: Moving cars between locations and parking them safely
Snow Removal: Cleaning cars off of snow and removing the snow from around the vehicles as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
A valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
