Property Managers Assistant

Wright Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Managers Assistant. Wright Services, Inc. owns four trailer parks and five apartment complexes in Juneau. We are searching for a person who is honest, reliable, who works great as a member of a team and who is willing to learn the ropes of assisting the Property Managers. This job will require the applicant to have their driver’s license, operational vehicle, driver’s insurance and must pass a background check. This candidate will work under the supervision of the Property Managers who will monitor the trailer parks’ cleanliness, perform light maintenance at the properties, distribute all tenant notices, do follow up inspections from the violations distributed, assist with the spring/summer clean-up and other duties as assigned. Wages depend on the experience of the applicant selected.
