Forget-Me-Not Manor is seeking a part-time and casual staff person to work at our 24/7 front desk and support our residents. Forget-Me-Not Manor staff are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, housing to residents. Forget-Me-Not Manor is a permanent supportive housing program for those who have experienced long term homelessness and vulnerability.

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour
Residential Support Specialists Responsibilities:
- Front office desk general reception duties and note keeping, monitoring of the facility, and will assist with other duties as they arise.
- Maintain program structure through direct contact and informal counseling with residents, crisis intervention, enforcement of building rules.
- Collaborating with other entities to support residents in their day-to-day needs as they arise.
- Are responsible for providing services to residents in the general milieu to assist in strengthening and growing personal skills and abilities in daily life
- Will facilitate therapeutic activities and engage with tenants through these activities. This has the additional option of activity suggestions and implementation of activity upon approval.
- Facility upkeep and cleaning, small maintenance needs, and home inspections.
