The Operations Supervisor II directs the primary function of at least one unit in the Deposit Section of a medium to large size branch.

Monday-Friday Schedule

Responsibilities/duties include, but not limited to:

-Managing daily branch operations.

-Promoting the highest level of customer service.

-Training, coaching, mentoring, supervising staff.

-Assuring compliance with bank policy, procedures, and banking regulations.

-Creating and maintaining customer relationships to develop and/or retain business.

-Maintaining branch security and minimizing risk/exposure to losses.

-Researching and resolving out of balance conditions, customer discrepancies, and errors.

-Staying updated on operations procedures and bank regulations; including but not limited to, Reg. DD, Reg. CC, Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, FDIC insurance provisions and Reg. Z.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE required

Bachelor's in business, accounting, or finance and three years progressively responsible bank operations/deposit experience; or five years progressively responsible bank operations/deposit experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. One year supervisory experience. Preferred: Sales experience.
