We are hiring for a Network Operations Center Technician in the Homer or Soldotna area!
This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training, however some prior experience with networking is preferred.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to testing & deploying software/firmware builds. Low to mid level troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks. Responding to trouble tickets for Residential, Business, and DIA customers.
This position is a 4/10 position and will initially require you to work during the daytime to familiarize yourself with the policies, procedures, and systems deployed by SPITwSPOTS however this will transition to an overnight role.
Pay & Benefits to be discussed during the interview. Weekly overtime guaranteed due to working 4 - 10 hour days.
