Experienced Working Site Supervisor for Residential Construction and Remodel
Employment type: Full-time - We are looking for a Long-term Team Members!
Experience in working in occupied residential spaces, must be excellent communicator (written/verbal), organized, motivated, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.
Experience of Coordinating Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. Have high attention to detail, think on your feet, strong work ethic and TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!
Skilled and proficient at:
Hanging doors and relites
Flooring, all types (laminate, tile, hardwood, linoleum/vinyl)
Framing both Wood and Steel
Hanging, taping, mud, texturing drywall.
Pre-manufactured component install (tubs/showers and surrounds, vanities, cabinets)
Experience and knowledge of all types of remodels including:
Kitchen
Bathrooms
Additions
Tile Setting
Deck Building
Roofing
Additional qualifications:
Candidates must own industry standard hand and power tools.
Attention to job site and employee safety program.
Valid AK State driver's license and insurance and reliable personal transportation.
Clean appearance.
Computer knowledge and efficiency.
Punctuality and on time attendance IS A Must!
Excellent Wages and Benefits:
Compensation: $40 DOE
Benefit Package: 100%of employee medical/vision 50% for Family after 60 days
100 %of dental after 60 days
Paid time off after 60 days (accrual basis)
