Job Description:
  • Our client is seeking an agile and well-rounded Channel Marketing Contractor to act as a key contributor to the Growth Marketing function.
  • This role will report to the Channel Marketing Manager.
  • A full toolbox of technical and creative skills, plus a working knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and communication platforms, will be your key to success.
  • You are a proven digital marketing specialist who possesses a start-up mentality and can quickly uncover new opportunities to optimize and build, takes ownership of key tools, and aligns and organizes with cross-functional teams toward one mission.

Job Responsibilities:
  • The Channel Marketing Contractor is responsible for the execution of digital channels.

Day-To-Day Activities Include:
  • The Channel Marketing Contractor will build, QA, and launch new communications across digital channels, including web, email, and SEO
  • Based on the current library of modules and templates, recommend the most appropriate web page or email template to accomplish stakeholder goals
  • The Channel Marketing Contractor will serve as an expert on channel marketing capabilities across channels, providing guidance to pod members during campaign and channel planning
  • Engage with the SEO team to get appropriate metadata for new web pages and to ensure adherence to SEO best practices and strategies
  • Monitor and measure channel activities and provide insights & feedback for optimization efforts that will influence programs and initiatives within the pod
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing Strategy Specialists and Marketing Analytics experts to understand targeting requirements and how that might impact channel execution
  • Assign and deploy UTM codes for links and campaigns
  • Design channel activities in the respective tool (e.g. user flow design, A/B testing development, post-execution reporting & optimization preparation (e.g. tagging)

Experience :
  • 1 - 2 years of experience with UTM parameters
  • 3+ years of experience executing campaigns and assets in multiple channels, including email, website, SEO, SEM, and others
  • 3+ years experience in email execution using Marketo, experience using Knak is a plus
  • 3+ years experience with Episerver, WordPress, Drupal, or other CMS system
  • Working knowledge of HTML is a plus
  • Experience with Jira and agile ways of working is a plus
