This will be a hybrid role to report onsite occasionally so must be local to the AZ site.
Experienced in online Instructional Design/Development.Must provide samples of work. Additional qualifications include:- Experienced in authoring with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience w/ flash, HTML, XML a plus.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and schedule effectively using Outlook.- Ability to work in a - Virtual online environment using Iive Meeting, Communicator, Sharepoint, phone collaboration meetings.- Ability to work effectively under pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and team-oriented environment- Working knowledge of standard software, such as Word, PowerPoint, - Visio, Acrobat. Responsibilities: Will work with Iead Instructional Designer - In designing and developing web-based course materials. May involve some Technical writing. Bachelor Degree required prefer Instructional design, Human Performance Improvement or related field. 3 years of exp or more.-Having a passion for designing and developing innovative learning solutions which address needs defined by the business.-Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results in a dynamic work environment.-Create supporting multi-media.-Regularly communicating to meet schedule milestones and quality across multiple projects.-Implement and deploy the final learning solutions in the Learning Management System (LMS).-Utilize current Learning and Development landscape tools and best practices to deliver innovative solutions. Areas of expertise:Learning and development including design and delivery of learning experiences.Instructional Design and use of ADDIE model and core learning theories, frameworks, assessments, etc.Delivery and facilitation of training programs.Learning Management Systems and other learning technologies. Preferred Qualifications:• Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other development tools.• Multi-media, audio editing, animation, Gifs development, simulation and video development skills.• Knowledge of Saba content management and course management• Experience or willing to work with technical/manufacturing environment and content.Vacancy expired!
