Job Summary
The Quality Improvement Clinical Analyst supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality and is responsible for CMS record review; Medical Staff quality improvement support; patient / family complaint follow-up; assistance with incident reporting follow up; survey readiness programs and participation in process improvement teams and projects. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications:- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with valid RN license in the State of Arizona OR Bachelor's Degree in other Health Related Field
- Three years of experience and working knowledge of Quality Improvement and Risk Management in a healthcare environment
- Strong clinical background in an acute care clinical setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate, influence, motivate, instruct and mentor others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with MS Office and data base systems
- Previous experience facilitating process improvement initiatives preferred
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred
