A client of ours is looking for a Desktop Technician/Analyst for a permanent opportunity in Eloy, Arizona. Qualified candidates will must have the following qualifications:

Desktop Skills

  • Provide troubleshooting, problem solving, and general support for all client's computers/users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems including the installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows operating systems, applications, and company standard software.
  • Actively seek out and participate in projects to maintain and improve the systems/network environment.
  • Perform inventory, general and preventive maintenance of all IT related equipment.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • General Networking skills
    • DHCP, Routers, Switches, Telnet, etc
  • General Server skills
    • Virtualization (preferably VMWare)
    • Basic troubleshooting of domain controllers & print servers
  • Operational Technology
    • Basic Understanding of Siemens Portal, PLC, OPC, eWons, etc
