I am looking to train an individual who would like to learn and grow into our Breakfast Cook position. I have owned and operated The Inn at 410 B&B for the past 16 years. During this time I have developed and prepared most of our breakfast entrees since I have been cooking for many years. Duties for this position include food prep and breakfast execution for up to 24 people daily (7:30-9 a.m.) in a luxury B&B environment with a beautiful kitchen. Candidates must have some experience in cooking professionally and preferably breakfast entrees. Must also be personable, clean and presentable, a Flagstaff resident is preferred, looking for a Morning Person who must be able to do physical labor. Starting $14-$15 per hour DOE plus tips. A stipend for health insurance will also be paid. Work hours are 5:30/6 a.m. to 11a.m. daily, 6 days per week (on average 65-75 hours bi-monthly) with Mondays off, must work weekends & holidays.
