Position Description: HR / Admin Assistant
Full Time: 40 hours/week

Job Description
With an emphasis on HR and Administrative duties, this position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and take on assignments as needed including repeatable daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
General Overview
Administrative Duties Include:
- Contract Administration - Ensure all subcontractors complete paperwork, maintain sub-contractor spreadsheet, create quotes for multiple territories and departments
- Business License - Spreadsheet management and renewals
- Fleet Management - Spreadsheet upkeep, regular maintenance schedule, registration renewals, insurance
- Filing - File upkeep
- Office Upkeep - Trash, supplies, plants, maintenance, printers, phones
- Reception - Front of house, phones
- Misc - Help to COO in regards to business management administrative tasks
Human Resources
- Job posting - Post jobs and manage hiring spreadsheet/ trello board
- Review resumes and schedule interviews
- On-boarding - Spreadsheets, checklist items
- New employee set up: business cards, shirts
- Organization chart upkeep
- HR Handbook - keep up to date, review with new hires
- Company Culture - First Friday BBQ prep
