Cyber-attacks are at an all-time high, and every business owner is looking for protection. Are you ready to sell a service that is no longer "optional"? Sentinel IT Solutions is a premier Managed Service Provider (MSP) helping mid-sized firms secure their data and streamline their operations. We are scaling our outbound and inbound sales divisions and need a high-performing Account Executive to join our team.

In this role, you aren't just a salesperson; you are a risk management expert. You will be speaking with CEOs, COOs, and IT Directors about protecting their company’s future. We provide the technical engineers to help you build the solutions—we just need YOU to open the doors and close the contracts. If you have a passion for technology and a hunter's mentality, this is the last sales job you will ever need to apply for.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, supported by a world-class marketing engine that keeps your calendar full of appointments.

Strategic Outreach: Target and engage with key decision-makers at companies with 20-200 employees.

Discovery Calls: Use our proprietary "Security Audit" framework to identify vulnerabilities in a prospect's current IT setup.

Proposals: Present comprehensive IT management and cybersecurity packages via Zoom and in-person meetings.

Closing: Navigate the procurement process and secure long-term service agreements.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for professionals who can simplify complex topics. You don't need a degree in Computer Science, but you do need to be tech-literate and highly persuasive. If you have a background in SaaS, payroll, copier sales, or medical sales, your skills will translate perfectly. We value "grit" over a fancy resume. You must be someone who follows up relentlessly and understands that the fortune is in the follow-up.

THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Pay Structure: $60,000 Annual Base Salary + 10% Uncapped Commission on Gross Profit + $200 Monthly Tech/Home Office Stipend + Full Medical/Dental/Vision.

Realistically, a mid-level producer earns $115,000 in their first year. Our top performers who consistently hit their "President's Club" targets are clearing $175,000+. Commissions are paid monthly, and there is absolutely no cap on your earnings.
