Carpenters/Laborers/Masons Wanted
Wanted Full Time Position for Carpenters/Laborers and Masons on up-scale residential projects with small to mid-size well established construction company.
Masonry work is for river rock and pavers.
The minimum qualifications for applicant should be:
- Have your own tools for the position you are applying for, and have knowledge on how to use them.
- Dependable transportation.
- Self-motivated & hard working.
- Understand and be able to read and interpret construction plans is a plus.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Able to lead and organize a plus
- Be punctual and prepared for work everyday.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Concrete forming/placing, Framing, Finish Carpentry experience.
- Cross trade experience a plus.
- Pay to match experience and motivation.
