Patriot Collision Center in Flagstaff is seeking an experienced Auto Painter. Previous, verifiable experience in a high volume Body Shop is required. This is a Commission / Flat Rate position that pays 30.00 per Flag Hour. Earning potential in excess of 100,000 annually.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work at least 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Be able to prep, prime, finish sand & final polish your own work (shop paid Helpers are not available)
Be committed to producing high quality work that keeps with our reputation for outstanding repairs
Must have your own tools of the trade and care for them accordingly
Be able to conduct yourself as a Professional and maintain a positive working relationship with other employees
We are owner managed, offering a high volume of late model collision work (no restorations or complete paint jobs) without the politics of the corporate / consolidator shops.
