Looking for a Lead Framer with or without a crew. For the framing of this house, I will take 1 lead framer with a crew of 2-3 additional framers, or Two Lead Framers without crews and I will provide laborers to complete the framing crew.

1. Lead framer is familiar with stick framing (all walls in roof are wood. The house, roof, bearing walls, non-bearing walls, drops, and joists are all wood.
2. You should know how to connect the studs to the bottom plate, how to connect a ledger to a bearing wall.
2. Lead framer needs to be able to layout the house, install exterior walls (that are plumbed) with windows and door openings. Install all bearing and non bearing walls, roof joists, and sheathing.
3. You have your own framing tools and your crew does. I will provide the hardware. and lumber.
4. You have a car to drive down to Tucson, or means of travel. You have a car to take you from your housing to the job.
