Project Manager for a new off grid community north of Valle, 25 miles south of the Grand Canyon.
Beautiful off grid 43 acre community is in need of a Project Manager with Proven Building and off grid skills of all phases. We are currently building an outside bathroom and shower, outside kitchen, rain catchment system, greenhouse, garden, animal pens, solar system, community center, basically everything needed to get an off grid community up and running before winter. We are also looking at natural and reclaimed buildings in the future, ponds, road improvement, and developing trails, and rv, camper, and tent sites.
PROVIDED: Off grid Onsite living (hunters cabin), and food provided while working.
MUST HAVE: proven building experience, tools, references, and pass a criminal background check
MUST HAVE: Good organizational skills, know how to oversee a project, with excellent instructional and communication skills
MUST HAVE: Excellent work ethics (we start at 6am)
MUST BE ABLE TO: Develop plans, material lists, and setup pickup for the materials
MUST BE: Honest, Trustworthy, with good morals and values
WOULD PREFER: onsite living (have hunters cabin if you don't have own living accommodations) but not required
