The Capability Management Project Scheduling position provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). Establish policy, assign responsibilities, describes procedures for interacting with industry, and provide explicit guidelines for NETCOM and subordinate organizations concerning conducting independent interaction with industry.This position supports NETCOM in collection and interpretation of technical data or information and coordination of layouts for publication to Army Enterprise programs at various life cycle stages. We are looking to hire a full-time Capability Management Project Scheduler to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

  • Serve as point of entry for industry representatives desiring an industry engagement, including those with NETCOM senior leaders.
  • Post and maintain the industry engagement documents on the NETCOM public website.
  • Receive written requests from industry via email and ensure all fields are completed on the industry request form.
  • Provide industry completed Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests to the ACofS, G-2 for their action via SharePoint.
  • Generate a “No Cost Statement” for the NETCOM KO to sign.
  • Post submitted industry forms on the NETCOM SharePoint site
  • Coordinate industry requirements for connection to Government network resources before staffing industry requests for presentations, demonstrations, briefings, and tests and evaluations to the Industry Review Board.
  • Schedule and coordinate approved industry visits and inform all NETCOM staff principals of the function date, time, location, and scope of the visit.
  • Invite representatives from other organizations, and the Government point of contact (POC) the industry representative initially contacted, to participate in boards as appropriate.
  • Make facility arrangement to accommodate the industry function, including necessary support items such as audiovisual equipment.
  • Maintain a current schedule and an archive file of NETCOM industry visits using the SharePoint site.
  • Establish and maintain a database of visiting industries.
  • DoD and DA technical documentation development, parlance, and regulatory guidance.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal relationship skills, demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required

Working knowledge of:

Education
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

Qualifications/Certifications
    • 5 years of experience in information technology field
    • DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAM I
    • Clearance: Secret
