Work you'll do- Support efforts related to security control assessments for information systems utilizing the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53 Revision (Rev.) 4 & 5 security controls
- Lead timely completion of client deliverables and work products
- Develop recurring presentations in support of cyber program activities with a keen attention to detail, grammar, and formatting
- Facilitate discussions with a broad range of stakeholders and executives to assist with developing, implementing, and sustaining an enterprise security authorization program
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in program processes and developing innovative approaches to solving complex problems
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offering ideas to solve client issues
- Get acclimated with the client business environment and risk management concepts
- Work within an integrated team of cybersecurity professionals
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Travel up to 15%
- Ability to drive action to achieve results with minimal direction
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate and be flexible with a cross-functional team
- Keen attention to detail, grammar, and formatting
- High drive for continuous learning and research
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and issue resolution skills
- Ability to write clearly, often about complex topics
- Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point experience
- Experience working with RMF and NIST 800-53
- Experience working with GRC applications
- Ability to provide clients with strategic direction to help them improve risk management processes/procedures
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
