This role will act as a Data Scientist supporting the IAM functions. Ensure audit requests can be fulfilled in a timely and complete fashion. This role also creates/maintains required metrics to measure the effectiveness of IAM controls. Without this role, the governance team will struggle to satisfy audit requests with effective and complete data.

Your work:
  • Own reporting and evidence collection from any number of applications and IAM systems.
  • Query almost any database including but not limited to Sailpoint, Splunk, SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake and to create dashboards in PowerBI.
  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and how it is applied to IAM. This isn't just a report writing position. IAM data is unique as various sources of data are used to build a story as to what happened and when by automated and manual systems.
  • A basic knowledge of the various IAM systems such as Active Directory, SailPoint, SSO, Azure, and AWS will be beneficial to understanding how we use the data.
  • QC the data to be certain it is clean and ready for our internal and external auditors. This data will also be used in various metrics, KRI, and KPI rollups for Cybersecurity.
  • The ideal candidate would not only have great DB query, report writing and presentation skills but also, excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to present their data to any level of the organization from peers up to our C-suite in a easy to digest format that speaks to the level of person looking at the report.
  • Knowing how to format data in an easily digestible way is very important.
What would make us excited about you?
  • Knowledge of security issues, techniques and implications across all existing computer platforms.
  • Expertise in account management, password auditing, network based and Web application based vulnerability scanning, virus management and intrusion detection.
  • Technical expertise in systems administration and security tools, combined with the knowledge of security practices and procedures.
  • Proactively contribute to innovation efforts that support the alignment of security and IT technologies to business requirements with focus on user experience, performance, ROI, and TCO.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Shows respect for differences through excellent communication skills with people from an array of backgrounds.

The national average salary range for this position is $119,250-132,500. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $107,280-$159,200. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.
