YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

8+ years’ experience in systems engineering

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

WE VALUE

Advanced knowledge of systems development lifecycle for aerospace

Experience with electric power product and applications design (power conversion, generators and associated control, motor drives).

Ability to work under time pressure and achieve results

Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.

Ability to adapt dictated by project changes

Experience performing systems integration of multiple pieces of equipment

Strong oral and written communication skills enabling effective interaction with customers, internal leaders/stakeholders, as well as diverse and global project peers.

Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers

Familiarity with simulation and requirements management tools (MATLAB,/SIMULINK, DOORS), dynamic simulation methodology
